Cable Assemblies

RF Cable (Semi-Rigid).

Precision-formed semi-rigid coaxial assemblies, bent to print, soldered to spec, and VNA-tested before they leave the floor.

RF capability

Tight tolerances.
Repeatable bends.

Semi-rigid coax demands tooling, technique, and a calibrated test bench, all three live on our floor. We form .085" and .141" lines to customer drawings using dedicated mandrels, then verify performance on swept VNAs before any unit ships.

Whether you need a single bent jumper for a test rack or a matched set of phase-aligned feeds for a phased array, the workmanship and the data package come standard.
